5 Ways To Wear A Crop Top In The Winter Featuring LuLu*s

Outfit Details: Duo Burgundy Lace Two-Piece Dress by LuLu*s (c/o), Snakeskin Pointed Pumps by LuLu*s (c/o), Grey Oversized Sweater by LuLu*s (c/o), Mimi Boutique Handbag (similar)

I've been searching for a curve-loving staple piece for the past few months and I'm super excited to share this ultra luxe crop set I found over at lulus.com. It's all about layering patterns and fun details to give your style that overall high-fashion feel. Even though the winter months are upon us, you're going to see this look crop up everywhere. Why not give this style a try? Here are my top 5 Ways To Wear A Crop Top In The Winter:

1- Play with proportions. One of my favorite crop tops that I own is a white high-collar sleeveless crop from Astr. I wear it right through the colder months by pairing it with high-waisted jeans or a high-waisted skirt. It helps lessen the exposure of skin, but still maintains the cool-girl look.
2- Crop it over a button down. Cropped sweaters paired over a button-down turns an everyday look into something dramatic.
3- Dress it up with a blazer. If you have a super skimpy crop top that you are itching to wear, layer it under a fun blazer. Don't forget to add a beanie hat and skinny jeans for extra warmth.
4-Invest in a cropped jacket (like this one from my last blog post).
5- Reach for a comfy cardi. In the mood to wear a crop top and looking to off-set your bare skin? Layer an oversized cardigan on top, like this cozy grey hooded sweater from LuLu*s!

I hope you found these tips helpful. If you dare to bare, make sure you share a photo!
