Florals In Flatiron

Happy Wednesday! It's been awhile, I know. I have a very valid excuse...I promise! I've been so busy planning for my wedding, which is now less than 2 months away - eeeeppp!! There are so many little details that need to be finalized. We are currently writing our program and vows. The vows mean a lot to both of us so we are taking our time making sure we don't skip a beat and leave out an important piece. On top of that, my bridal shower was two weekends ago and I am still so overwhelmed with emotion, and gifts! It was hands down one of the most special days of my life. I can't wait to share more details and photos with you very soon.

In between wedding planning, I've been bouncing around the city shopping for new spring pieces. I have a ton of special events this month and need elegant dresses to match the occasion! I recently wore this floral pintuck dress from Teri Jon for my fiancé's 30th birthday. I love the lace detailing along the neckline, it makes the dress feel elevated. When it comes to florals, I personally like to keep the accessories simple and let the print do all of the talking. If you can believe it, this dress is even more stunning in person!

Scroll through the below to see more special occasion dresses (my favorites, of course) from Teri Jon's spring collection:

  4. I've noticed that "Urgh, back in the hospital" on a group text doesn't generate nearly the exchange as "You have to put John Wall in the MVP conversation." And it's amazing how quickly a fantasy football leaguewide email ridiculing me for t shirt maker absurd trade proposals turns into heartfelt messages asking how I'm create your own shirt doing and what help I need. Soccer team's debacle in Trinidad Tobago to miss out on the World Cup. But I moved into the acceptance phase by the next morning, a mere Twitter trend providing sufficient solace when the pain was at its most acute.
